Apple Sauce
This Apple Sauce is so easy to make and even tastier than those that you can buy. It has chunks of apples for texture and a sweet-tart flavor that goes with jjust about anything – from pancakes, icecream, French toast, pork chops to roasted pork. It makes dishes so delish!

Ingredients
- 1 kg Apples cored and cut into 1/2-inch cubes
- 1 cup Water
- 3/4 cup Brown Sugar
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 2 sticks Cinnamon
- 2 tsp Lemon Juice
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a medium pot and cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, for 20-25 minutes.
- Puree in a food processor or blender, or mash with a fork or potato masher.
- Let it cool completely before transferring to a container. Chill in the fridge.
